1. What is DropX?

DropX is an all-in-one platform that helps you automate MMO, Airdrop, and Web3 tasks such as following on X, joining Discord, submitting wallets, claiming tokens, and more — all with just a few clicks. No coding or technical skills required.

2. What do I need to get started with DropX?

You’ll need the following basic resources:

  • MetaMask wallet

  • Proxy (format:pass@ip:port)

  • Mail (Hotmail, Gmail o mail domain)

  • Discord and X (Twitter) accounts

3. Which devices can DropX run on?

You can run tools in two ways:

  • On your personal computer (Windows PC) by downloading the DropX software

  • On DropX Cloud, if you have an active Membership plan

4. How many wallets can I run?

The number of wallets you can run depends on your Membership package. Each plan has a maximum wallet limit (e.g., 100, 500, or 1000 wallets).

Alternatively, you can purchase standalone tools to run on your personal device — there’s no wallet limit, and usage depends on your machine’s capacity.

5. Is DropX an investment platform?

No. DropX is a platform that provides automation tools. We do not offer financial advice or guarantee any returns.

6. Can I buy individual tools without a membership?

Yes. You can purchase individual Tool Licenses and run them on your personal computer. However, if you want to use Cloud services or run multiple projects simultaneously, it's recommended to upgrade to a Membership plan.

7. Can I use one tool license on multiple devices?

No. Each tool license can only be used on one device (either PC or Cloud). Sharing or transferring licenses between devices is not supported.

8. Does DropX have monitoring and reporting features?

Yes. You can use:

  • Monitor – to track the real-time status of running tools

  • Report – to view detailed results for each account, including points earned, errors, task progress, and more

9. How can I make a payment on DropX?

DropX supports two payment methods:

  • CopperX: Pay directly using a crypto wallet (USDT – Arbitrum, Polygon...)

  • Internal Credit – Top up in advance and use credits to gradually pay for products and services

10. What should I do if I encounter an error while running a tool?

You can:

  • Check the error details via Monitor > View Log

  • Verify your resources (proxy, email, wallet) are in the correct format

  • If the issue persists, contact Ticket Support (Support hours: 8:00–22:00, Monday to Friday)

11. Can I pause a tool that is currently running?

Yes. You can stop the running session, make changes to the template or resources, and then restart it from the beginning.

12. What types of Airdrop projects does DropX support?

DropX supports a wide variety of task types, including:

  • Follow / Like / Retweet on X (Twitter)

  • Join server, react, verify n Discord

  • Daily farming activities

  • Claim tokens, mint NFTs, submit wallets on platforms like Galxe, Zealy, Layer3 The list of supported projects is updated weekly.

13. Can I create a custom tool based on my needs?

Yes. DropX supports custom script development for advanced users and agencies. You can contact an admin for guidance or request a tool tailored to your specific requirements.

14. Can I replace faulty or non-working accounts?

DropX does not directly provide account resources, but if you purchased through the Agent Hub, refer to each agent's warranty policy (most offer replacements within 1–2 days if the accounts are faulty).

15. Can I see a demo before purchasing?

Yes. You can explore the user interface and documentation on DropX’s public GitBook. Additionally, DropX regularly hosts livestream tutorials and tool demo videos on its official channels.
