Pay directly with your wallet

I. More Information About the CopperX Gateway

  • No need to pre-fund your account

  • Pay directly using an exchange wallet, with support for multiple blockchains

  • You can scan a QR code or connect your wallet directly

II. Confirm & Pay via CopperX

1. Select Payment Method

  • Choose CopperX as your payment gateway

  • Tick the box “I have read and agree to terms”

    ⚠️ Make sure to read the usage policy carefully before confirming

  • Click “Pay Now” to proceed to the payment interface.

2. Go to the CopperX payment page

The interface consists of two sections:

2.1. Payment Information (left side)

  • Example: Membership Star = 235.5 USDT ▪️ Transaction fee 1% → Total = 237.855 USDT

⚠️ Important Note

  • You must transfer the exact amount (underpayment will not be recognized as a valid payment)

  • Recommendation: Use the Arbitrum or Polygon network to save on gas fees

2.2. Payment Method (right side)

You have 2 ways to make the payment:

🔸 Method 1: Connect your wallet and pay directly

  • Select Network: Arbitrum Mainnet, Coin: USDT

  • CLICK "Connect wallet to Pay"

  • Use the MetaMask wallet installed on your browser

  • Your wallet must:

    • Have enough USDT and Arbitrum gas fee (ETH)

    • Be connected to the correct Arbitrum network

  • Confirm the transaction → The system will automatically process the payment

Method 2: Scan QR code / Copy wallet address – Transfer from exchange wallet (e.g., Binance)

  • Select the "Scan QR code" tab.

  • The system will display:

    • QR code and wallet address to receive USDT (on the Arbitrum network).

  • On the Binance app:

    • Go to Wallet → Spot → Withdraw..

    • Select USDT → choose Arbitrum network.

    • Paste the wallet address from CopperX.

    • Enter the amount (it's recommended to send more than 237.855 USDT to ensure full payment after transaction fees).

    • Confirm and send.

3.Payment Confirmation

  • After about 5 minutes, the system will confirm a successful transaction..

  • You will be redirected to the DropX homepage

  • Go to Airdrop Manager → to check your activation status.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT

  1. 🔁 Network Must Be Correct:

    1. You must use Arbitrum (or the network specifically required by the system).

    2. Sending via the wrong network will result in loss of funds and cannot be refunded..

  2. 💸 Send the Exact Amount of USDT:

    1. You must send the exact amount displayed, after accounting for any exchange or wallet transaction fees.

    2. If the amount is short, the system will not recognize the payment.

  3. 👛 Check Your Wallet Before Transferring:

    1. Verify the recipient wallet address, blockchain network, and amount carefully before confirming the transaction..

    2. We are not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information or mistaken actions.

🔸 IN CASE OF ERROR / PAYMENT NOT YET CONFIRMED

If your payment is not confirmed after 5 minutes, click " Click here"

to manually trigger verification on the CopperX payment interface.

Select the network you used for payment and paste the transaction hash (TXID) of your transfer into the provided field.

If the payment is still not confirmed → Contact Ticket Support

  • Go to the Ticket Support section in your account

  • Submit a support request including::

    • Transaction (Hash)

    • Registered Email Address

    • Description of the issue
